If you are with an insurance provider that we do not accept, we will ensure you get the necessary documentation to support you reimbursement claim from the insurance provider. However, please be aware that Accessible Physician Home Health Care does not guarantee any reimbursement.

 

A (Medicare): Yes, and in fact, we are currently accepting new Medicare patients.  Not only do we accept traditional Medicare and all Medicare Advantage Plans, but we also Medicaid and Tricare.

 

 

 

Q. What If I Want To See The Doctor Before I Leave Home In The Morning, Can I?

 

A. Yes. Appointments are scheduled as early as 8:00 a.m. each day. Here we try our best to facilitate the lifestyle and time constraints of our busy clients.

 

 

 

Q. What Method of Payment Do You Accept for Your Service?

 

A. These days, everyone has access to different methods of payment facilities. And sometimes, it also depends on the type of insurance provider you subscribe to.  Please see question in Insurance above for further details.  However, for that portion of our fees that are a patient’s responsibility, namely co-pays, we’d prefer a method that offers both you and our physician’s convenience and safety, meaning payment via credit or debit card. We never encourage or permit our medical practitioners to carry around with them cash or checks.

 

 

 

Q. What Would Be The Kind of Condition Do You Are Prepared To Treat?

 

A. Our visiting physicians and accompanying staff are always well prepared to address any medical conditions, and are also equipped to diagnose and treat a broad range of common illnesses, such as:

Q. Do You Treat Medical Emergencies?

 

A. Accessible Physician Home Care is not an Emergency Room replacementand we do not treat patients experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, head trauma, or other emergency medical conditions. These conditions usually need immediate hospitalization. If you are having a medical emergency, we advise that you dial 911 pronto.
